1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened grooming products (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalised or custom-made items
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@barbershopltd.online with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return address.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
